HOW DO I GET THE BEST VALUE?

It's not about getting the "BEST" or "CHEAPEST" price on your swimming pool. It is about finding the "BEST VALUE" for your investment of time, monies and emotions that are all part of the decision making process.

Interview a qualified designer, one who understands your needs and desires. Together you will determine the objectives, complexity and style of the project. It is important to combine order, unity, balance, contrast and interconnection into your outdoor living environment.

Your designer will then design a concept plan and specification sheet for all construction and equipment requirements. Special features will be detailed as well.  The concept plan remains the property of Poolscapes, until an agreement for construction (contract) is signed.  should you not contract with Poolscapes, a design and consultation fee will be required in order for you to keep the design.

Remember the well-designed and engineered plan is without a doubt the best value for the monies you will spend, as it is such an important step to insure the satisfactory construction and completion of your project.

WHY SHOULD YOU GO TO THIS EFFORT AND EXPENSE WHEN YOU CAN CALL MOST ANY POOL BUILDER TO GET A "FREE" ESTIMATE AND DRAWING?

Keep in mind that swimming pools are not like automobiles  that are assembled  in a factory under controlled conditions and can be shopped from dealer to dealer. Pools that may appear to "LOOK" the same could have thousands of dollars in difference.  Also, construction standards, equipment and many other factors can be confusing and possibly overwhelming to the typical pool buyer.

The only way to insure you are comparing "APPLES TO APPLES" is by resolving the design specifications that meet your criteria and your standards. Compare this solution to meeting with four, five or more pools sales people with as many "Free Designs" that probably are not well thought out or engineered. Only then will you be able to determine which method is the "BEST VALUE" for you.
